Q: Do you have model homes or sample plans to choose from?
A: No we do not. Our clients aren’t looking for “off the rack” style or a cookie-cutter model home.  Selling from a model is fine, but our clients tend to want something more individual and personal, rather than a copy of someone else’s home.

Q: What size homes do you build?
A: All sizes.  But we do believe that bigger doesn’t always mean better.  Our design process will help you build the home that’s right for you.  Your lifestyle and comfort factors should dictate the size and furnishings of your home. 

Q: There are so many choices when building a home!  How can I decide?
A: With good, sound professional advice. As you go through our design process, we’ll establish a good feel for your unique taste and style.  We’ll also accompany you as you shop for your fixtures, furniture and fabric, using our extensive product knowledge to make sure you make the best choices, as efficiently as possible.

Q: Why should I choose a small builder?
A: Because, in order to maintain the very high standards we are known for, we deliberately restrict the number of projects we undertake so that clients always and only work with partners who personally supervise every step of the process.

Q: Where do I start?
A: Just make an appointment --our first consultation is complimentary. Get comfortable, get to know us, and tell us your story. We’ll explain how we work and get an understanding of what you would like to do.

Q: What is the price range of Ware Design homes?
A: Our projects range from $100,000+ remodels through multi-million dollar homes.

Q: I want to remodel my existing home.  Can you help?
A: Yes!  Some of our most successful projects are remodels and interior design.
